Welcome to Villa Scarpati

The thorough restoration gives Art Nouveau Villa a representative and familiar character at the same time.

The intention of Aniello and Roswitha Scarpati was clear: the house was to become a restaurant and hotel. They did two things: restore the old and add something new. The building had to endure some provisional over its history. It was necessary to remove one or the other with care to emphasize still precious details. The original charm of the house revealed again. The trees, which are aging with the walls, are well suited to the ensemble. Six individual rooms, an idiosyncratic suite and rooms for private parties are now part of the hotel.

The new:
No historicization of the pandering, but contemporary contrast: The large and the small restaurant speaks for themselves, since you have just now arrived as a guest – the Scarpati welcomes you!
